Roof Xperts made our experience seamless working with insurance company making sure that all damages were covered and repaired in a very timely manner. The communication between Roof Xperts and us was exceptional. This was our second time we had to deal with a hail damage claim which was very difficult. I worked with Tony with Roof Xperts and he was absolutely amazing to work with. He was always on it, always thinking ahead. Any question I had he answered it for me or got me the answer in a very quick way. In a way he became a friend. The crew that came out to do the roof installation were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves remarkably well. I barely found any nails anywhere (maybe 10 in total). If your looking I highly recommend these guys. Ask for Tony and he will totally take care of you.

I am very glad that when Tony (Senior Project Consultant) stopped by to offer a free roof inspection, I accepted that. He found out that the roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage - which I did not accept as I had just moved in 2 months ago. I worked with Tony at Roof Xperts after hail and wind storm. Tony handled 100% of the work from communicating with Insurance to installing my new high resistance roof. He found more areas that were damaged and made Insurance Company pay to fix/clean my entire fence. I would recommend his company in a heart beat.

Your customer service was amazing. Kept informed of schedule, Carlos called prior to the job to introduce himself. Your proposal/contract clearly spells out the process and what to expect. YouI Am Very Happy With My New Roof
My first insurance adjuster told me the roof had minor damage, with a second opinion from Roof Xperts, I called my insurance and asked to have my roof re-inspected. When the second adjuster called I mentioned that I would like to have Roof Xperts agent present to help me (home owner) make sure I did not sign off on any damage. After the re-inspection, Tony helped in my roof being declared total roof replacement. Roof Xperts took it from there and replaced my roof with minor weather delays. I am very happy with my new roof and strongly recommend Roof Xperts.
