FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I've received money from my insurance company but don't know what it's for. Should I just deposit it?
No. In most cases if you have received a payment from your insurer, that money is to reimburse Roof Xperts for the work that was, or is to be completed for a price-agreeable.
Why did I receive an invoice when I have already paid my deductible?
This invoice reflects the final amount that is due to us from your insurance company based on the price we agreed upon with them. If you haven’t already, you will receive a check for the amount due from your insurance company. If there is a discrepancy between the amount of money you have received from your insurance provider and the amount of money requested on your bill – the difference is either your insurance deductible or an error by the insurance carrier.

I want to pay my bill with a credit card, but the Payment Center does not accept that method. What should I do?
Typically, if your project is being completed as a result of an insurance claim, Roof Xperts does not allow payment with a Credit Card (except for your insurance deductible). The reason for this is that credit card companies charge vendors like Roof Xperts. up to a 4% fee, which cannot be charged to the customer and will not be reimbursed by the insurance provider. In most cases, the insurance payment should NOT be deposited into your bank account, and you must be mindful that if you receive benefits from your Credit Card provider- they may be taxable.
